Well, here we are, folks – another year older, hopefully, a wee bit wiser, and ready for whatever 2025 has in store! I wanted to pop by and wish you all the absolute best for the year ahead. Now, don’t worry, I’m not here to throw a big ol’ list of New Year’s resolutions at you (because let’s be honest, they tend to disappear faster than the last slice of fifteens at a family gathering).
Instead, I’ve got some exciting news to share! This year, I’m shifting my focus a wee bit. While I’ll still be hanging around on social media, I’ve decided to give this blog a bit more love and attention. Think of it as my new online home base for sharing all things pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and beyond – without the scroll and the constant buzz of notifications.
Now, don’t expect anything overly planned or scheduled – there’ll be no alarms, no spreadsheets, and no stress over whether I’ve “posted enough.” This is going to be a cosy wee corner of the internet where I’ll share updates, stories, and tips on doula support, birth preparation, postnatal care, and maybe even the occasional sprinkle of Ânia's special humour.
Why the change? Well, truth be told, most people who find me – whether they’re looking for a Belfast doula, help navigating pregnancy, or postnatal support – tend to land here on my website anyway. So, why not make it an even better space for you to get to know me, my work, and the fun, heartfelt approach I bring to this wonderful world of birth work?
So here’s to 2025 – no pressure, no big “goal lists,” just showing up, sharing what feels right, and enjoying the ride. Thank you for being here and for trusting me to be part of your journey.
